2020 has been more of a trick than treat so far. Pat on the back for the pun. You see, here at Guinwa HQ, we like to stay positive. So, even though we probably can’t go door to door with our kids, attend the coolest Halloween parties, or show off our crazy Halloween makeup IRL – pumpkin spice lattes and super cool accessories still lift our mood.
That said, we rounded up the chicest bits and bobs for an Instagrammable, or Zoom Halloween. Yep, very much a thing – or at least, we’re making it a thing. Here comes the best part: they’re accessories and outfits you can use next year, or wear all year (wink).
Instead of going out, trick the system and store all your candy inside a dressy ceramic bowl. You could host a quiz night with your family – for every correct answer, teams can take a candy. Whoever has the most candy, wins.
(Not-so) Halloween Ornaments
Not really a Halloween fan? Celebrate anyway. Cult jewelry label, Alighieri is now readily available as your table setting. You could throw a little sparkle on your Halloween table (if at all), then use the gold dishes for stylishly stacking your jewelry – and showing it off on your Instagram feed.
Pumpkin, But Make It Fashion
Channel your inner Chanel with this handmade tweed pumpkin!
A simple “rockband-feel” tee – that’s comfy enough for a spooky Zoom call and great after Halloween.
Is it a costume, or fashion?!
Looking for an easy costume without the waste? Bask your lids in eyeshadow, tease your hair and wear this top for some throwback 80s! Tucked in jeans, the trendy padded shoulder top will be your best friend long after Halloween.
Staying home this Halloween can mean many things – and one is matching pjs! Take cue from Guinwa: spooky sets are welcome. The best thing? Guinwa’s matching set from Amazon has sizes for all ages, so you can dress everyone from your toddler to your husband, and even your parents. (Sorry, mum!).
Guinwa paired her and Serena’s matching pjs set with matching hair clips – skeleton themed, of course!
Skulls? Any fashion girl will know it’s reserved for Alexander McQueen.
What will you do this Halloween?
