An irony of American political life, the show details Payton Hobart’s journey (played by Ben Platt) from student body president to running for New York state-senator. The episodes approach serious issues with humor… and on-point fashion. Mock neck turtlenecks paired with tailored blazers, tweed co-ords, matching pantsuits and colorful pencil skirts. We practically watched the 2 seasons just for the fashion alone.
